About Bridget
I started my entrepreneurial journey at the young age of 14 years when I played in a band and sold our recorded cassette tapes at gigs.
I entered a 'Direct Sales' position while backpacking around Australia after finishing a BA in Hotel and Catering Management in Ireland.
In my early 20s, I opened my first proper company, a sales business, which I eventually couldn't sell because it was too dependent on me!
Integrity, Trust and Growth are my core values.
My clients sometimes describe me as a mediator/psychologist or marriage councillor, as I tend to get to the heart of an issue and help my clients through it.
I use my practical and direct approach to empower business owners to take action, improve their businesses and help them achieve their best.
I love living in the regional NSW town of Yass. I play traditional Irish music in sessions at festivals and enjoy walking with my dog and jogging with friends.
I appreciate good food and wine. And if Ireland happens to play the Wallabies, I will always go for Ireland!

Yass local Bridget Breen always had an entrepreneur’s eye. It served her well when she took the plunge and started her own business as a young adult. And unlike the 20 per cent who fail in their first year, Bridget’s venture was profitable.
But three years in, despite having 24 contractors and a full-time admin assistant on her team, Bridget continued to work 12 hour days. Burnout was quick and unforgiving.
Achievements
My Hotel and Catering Management degree took me to Germany, were learned to speak the language. I travelled and worked for a few years before I incorporated my own award-winning sales consulting company Alchemy Group International in Australia in 2004, which expanded into three different cities over a three-year period. As a business coach for the last 15 years, I have helped hundreds of business owners on both sides of the Globe to grow and improve their businesses.
PASSION
I am passionate about helping others and witnessing positive changes in their lives. The joy of seeing someone who has been stuck for a while, finally having a breakthrough, fills my cup! My regular coaching sessions help us track progress, set goals, give feedback on challenges or ideas and prioritise the actions needed so we are on the right track to sustainable success. I feel blessed to be able to do what I do as a profession.
